Add the ability to select which Bintube server on Bintube Accelerator

On Bintube accelerator it does not give you the ability to select which Bintube server you want to connect to.

        For clarification I am referring to being able to select between these servers.
        Europe Server: eu.bintube.com
        USA Server: us.bintube.com
        General Server: world.bintube.com
