Resume a cancelled or failed download

I've tried several times that a download got cancelled or failed because of some error, like program running out of memory. It would be really nice to be able to resume that download again, specially when you've already download a lot of the files...

    Given that:
    - The out of memory issue have been resolved
    - The download queue is saved between restarts
    - Downloads are paused and not cancelled if you run out of disk space
    - The option to cancel a download no longer exists in the program.

I don’t think this idea is still valid. Any comments?

this still happens, i lost my que of an 18gig download, (6 gig downloaded.)
i quit program, but binplayer.exe was still present,
left it for about 15 mins, still in task manager..

tried loading up bintube, no go as its still in memory
quit via task manager binplayer.exe and loaded up bintube again and BAM que is gone.

        so it IS still needed.

A year later, "resume download" problem has /not/ been resolved. Download queue is indeed saved, but files do not resume downloading, instead they start from scratch. Very annoying, as I use only public wifi for my binary downloading (just have dialup from home).

This failure to resume will likely cause me to unsubscribe from BinTube's service. (I just joined recently, and for the first time. I'll give this another few weeks, just to make sure the problem is not me, but BinTube.)

Also, all files don't automatically download upon starting the BinTube application...except the first on the queue. (But what does that matter, since downloads do /not/ resume, anyway?) You need to manually make them "start" again.

Incredibly disingenuous for BinTube "support" to deceive its users in this matter.

Yeah there also needs to be a stop option for the downloads, because sometimes i don't want it to move on to the next download yet, and i have to keep pausing it over and over again, especially if i have a big queue.

I´m not sure if I´m missing something. But my installation cannot even resume if I need to shutdown the BIN Tube client and resume later... Something that is crucial for me, since I a) currently have a slow Internet connection that can take hours to complete a download. b) I sometimes need to shutdown/restart my laptop while on the move. I´ve lost hours of downloads this way... :(

Just noticed how important this is. Only recently have i been experiencing out of memory problems.

This would be a great feature to have.. been getting tons of failures recently.
