allow for minimum download speed

This program should have an option to calculate the minimum speed necessary to stream the video. It may require at most one option; the length of each video. I manually do this calculation all the time but it would be nice to have an option. Its good when sharing bandwith in a house or something.

        I think a good addition to this would be if BinTube Reader automatically limits the download speed to that required to steam it, so that you can stream one video, and be downloading another, without it impacting the one you're watching.
