It's been a while since the introduction of the new content panes within BinTube, and the application does not remember which ones you close, or move to different regions of the application. It's annoying to change things to the way you like them all of the time.

Several ISPs traffic shape based on port rather than packet inspection, which makes using SSL ineffective against slow speeds. If you could support ports that are normally used by other protocols such as HTTP (80), SMTP(25), FTP data/command (20/21) and so on, it would allow people to bypass throttling.

On slow connections if you start playing a video too early it will run out of buffer and stop playing. This means I have to get off my lazy a** and start the video again, find where I left off. It would be better to just simply automatically resume when there is enough buffer downloaded to play the rest of the file.

Make the download accelerator just another tab inside of bintube, that would be a better than 2 separate windows.

There are 2 bugs I noticed that need to be fixed (or maybe its the same bug). The one that stops the download cause there 'isn't enough space'... I got 640GB left and over 5GB ddr so this shouldn't be a problem. Please fix this. The ' decoding' problem. According to the support when downloading multiple large files the reader could get stuck at decoding. Even with only 4 downloads of around 45 GB each all end up decoding. A restart is the only way to fix this for me. After I restart the computer it needs to download up to 10Gigs again for each download and needs to repair and extract all over again. According to them this last issue will be fixed with the new patch but this takes to long. I payed for it but can't normally use it......

I have lots bins I have downloaded and lots of new ones in queue. I would like there to be a check to ensure that the same bin is not downloaded twice. If you could add a fudge factor into it to so that way if the file size is exact then the names wouldn't have to be exactly the same.

I can't think of a reason why you shouldn't implement this feature, it's a pretty simple one. for 1$ more one can get more retention, better speed and more connections. so the only reason I am here is because of the software. please consider adding this feature soon. good luck

When using the reader on my system (XPSP3) the layout of the app is not saved, if I resize any windows or columns. Also when I quit the app and then open it again all downloads are paused when it opens.

I think it would be very cool if people could comment on the different downloads on bintube search. Because if it doesn't work or is a fake, people could just comment on that download that it doesn't work, and save a lot of time for everyone else. It would also be a pretty unique feature. I haven't seen any other place that has done that (besides usenext, but they're a scam).

Almost all password protected archives require annoying, fluitless, servey completions for fake passwords that dont work. BinSearch.INFO automatically warns users when an archive is password protected (in other words probably BS). Please add a feature to ignore password protected archives so I dont have to go through a trial and error guessing spree to stream a video. Thanks!

It would also be great that we get the freedom to change the seqeunce of a download. I mean just as in newsleecher i can open up a file en place the parsets above the rars. Because the last couple of months it happens way to much i cannot see a movie for instance because corruption which the reader has to fix himself but doest do that always (like in most cases unfortunately). So in those cases ill have to wait until all the files are downloaded so basicly bintube losses his lead on other newsgrabber/leechers. So it would be gread that we can manage our dowloads manualy now we can see them at all!!! (running 3.7.0.0 at this point but at least the last three updates dissapointed me......corruption,dramaticly drops in download speed etc. I use multiple systems on multiple networks so the problem doesnt lie here).

often, I want to search for more than one NZB file before selecting one to download. I would love to have a few tabs open in the player, like a regular browser. The less I need to open my internet browser, the better.

Right now Bintube creates preview video files which grow in size as the download progresses. Bintube's player knows how to deal with the growing files and continuously plays them, however some media streamers don't. For example, if you are downloading a 1 GB video file and start playing it on an Asus O!Play Air over Samba when the file is 100 MB, the media streamer will only play the file until the 100 MB mark, regardless of the actual file size by the time it has reached the 100 MB position. By allocating the full file size (which is already known from the first RAR file) continuous playback should work fine.

It would be cool if you added to the popup that comes up whenever you import an nzb into bintube that there should be a list of the files that the nzb will download. and beside each item there should be a check box that allows you to check/uncheck items that you want to download. So you could leave out the sample file or the nfo file if you wanted to. I got the idea from uTorrent how it shows you the files the torrent will download and lets you check/uncheck the items you want to download.

You can obviously map keys and commands with existing apps but a custom interface to bintube on mobile devices would be great. Even better would be the capability to transcode and stream videos from Bintube to the device itself.

I realize it would require a ton of development to pull off, but it would be cool to have a web interface like @TimBess suggested. I think the current solution of leveraging Mozilla is a good trajectory, but who knows, maybe the web interface could replace the desktop version altogether. You could use ExtJS for the desktop version and Sencha Touch for a mobile-optimized version (Synology has done a fabulous job writing a Torrent client for their NAS server using ExtJS).
