Sorry guys, but at this time a mac version is just not possible. We considered going multiplatform with JAVA, but getting JAVA to acceptable performance levels is a very difficult if not impossible. A native mac version is not out of the question, but the numbers aren’t there yet.

While it is true that Macs can boot Windows, it would be great to be able to use such a wonderful reader in the desktop environment we do everything else in without having to reboot.

The search page now keeps your last chosen values for results per page and minimum size for 1 day after you set them.

We’ve added the minimize to tray, the pause feature and the bandwidth limiter in v 2.7.

Yes it would be absurd if what you are saying was correct. But the 131.88/year is for unlimited Usenet access for a whole year, not for the software. If you have a Usenet account with BinTube, the software is actually Free.

You could try charging more for the mac version, if it's really such a pain to develop. I paid for the windows client, and I would gladly pay more for a mac version.
