This can already be done:
When selecting an NZB, use the check boxes and “Download NZB” button instead of the green button.

NewsRover has had this feature when i was using it years ago. After adding an NZB, a popup would show up displaying the % complete, % of par files and among other things. It would then calculate if there are enough files to complete the download and display a "download" or "cancel" button. User has the choice to download regardless if there is enough recovery files.

This has been added in version 3.0.2, Make sure you enable the option on the download options window.

The current naming feature in Bintube is weak. I recommend adding an option to rename folders based on the NZB name. Im sure most of us download from index sites which label their NZB files properly.

Steve, I too switched from Giganews to Bintube and am/was having the same problem. If you use a 3rd party index site, the folder will always have random names. The built-in search properly names the folders if downloaded from there.
